As we celebrate with friends and family this holiday season, many people in our community will feel isolated and alone. They will have no one to spend the holidays with, and while we open our packages wrapped in sparkling gift wrap, they will not receive anything.
Many of these folks are individuals with mental health challenges or intellectual and developmental disabilities, and these feelings of isolation can be incredibly challenging.
At Open Sky we believe everyone deserves to know that someone cares this holiday season. That’s why we provide a gift card to every individual who receives services in our programs, who would otherwise not receive a gift.

If you want to make a larger impact, we encourage you to hold a gift card drive and collect gift cards from customers/parishioners, family and friends.
We have been serving individuals with mental health challenges, disabilities, and other complex challenges in Central Massachusetts for 50 years, as The Bridge of Central Massachusetts and Alternatives Unlimited, and now as Open Sky. We know that sometimes it’s the small gestures that can make the biggest difference.
