Spruce up on Main Street

WCHR own the properties located at 2 Oread, 799-805 Main Street.  The city's 311 Office is there, a salon and a bodega.  We would like to spruce up the flower pots, remove the weeds from around the entire building, building, sweep the sidewalk and wash the windows for the businesses.
WCHR will supplies all flowers, tools, cleaning supplies and dumpster.
