Who We Are

APW is a non-profit organization that uses advocacy, education and collaborative initiatives to enhance the lives and health of people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted infections.

What We Do

APW is a non-profit corporation, committed to combating the effects of the epidemic of AIDS in Worcester County by providing comprehensive services, including education, advocacy, outreach, testing and counseling. Through a cooperative, mutually supportive effort between a professional staff and volunteers, APW seeks to serve, with a compassionate and caring presence, people of all cultures affected by AIDS and HIV-related disorders, as well as those at risk of infection. APW operates in affiliation with a wide range of community organizations, as well as with government agencies at the local, state and national levels.
