Organization Profile

Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Worcester

Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Worcester (IHN) is a shelter that keeps homeless families with a child under 18 together, regardless of race, religion, gender or family make-up. In partnership with the greater community and religious congregations to provide shelter, support and assistance to families with children who are homeless, IHN seeks to promote self-sufficiency through the provision of meals and beds, intensive case management, housing advocacy, support and the encouragement of responsible decisions. We continue to support our families after they secure housing. We have a 90% rate of success with guests finding and maintaining secure and stable housing for more than 2 years. IHN plays a vital role in the safety net of our society, as we strive to solve the problem of homelessness, one family at a time.
