Organization Profile
With the help of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts, MSPCC brought together a diverse group of professionals and child welfare organizations to develop a foster parent support model. Encompass builds upon the strengths of a community and equips foster parents with knowledge, skills, and resources to support the needs of the children in their care. Encompass provides Worcester-based foster parents with trauma coaching, a peer support program, and the ability to connect with supportive community volunteers.
