Venture Community Services

Venture Community Services is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered services that assist individuals with disabilities and their families in reaching their goals. What began as an organization with two small group homes has grown into one of the largest human service providers in Massachusetts, and with over 1,000 employees, one of the largest employers in Worcester County.

Venture is dedicated to delivering compassionate and person-centered care that assists people with intellectual disabilities and Autism in accomplishing their goals. Venture provides support to individuals ranging from 22 to 92 years old, encompassing diverse medical, emotional, physical and behavioral support requirements. Community living choices are offered that span from medically-focused group home environments to initiatives that provide specialized behavioral support from skilled clinicians. Additional program include transportation, shared living, individual supports, community day services, supported employment and Autism supports.
